I have been taking off in the family tree research with the
Loafman and Bowen branch of the tree lately. The first part of December, I met
up with Cousin Debbie. She brought a bunch of family tree goodies. There was a
blue notebook that had transcribed typed letters of the original copies of the
letters that Mary Johns Loafman and her daughters, dated from 1850s and in the
1880s, from Kansas and Oklahoma. I have been typing these letters
up onto to the computer. The 1880s ones are typed up and I placed them onto
Ancestry.com family tree. I will be placing them on here also. I have been
researching these letters, the people, places and such to get a better
understanding of what was going on during their time period. I have learned a
lot from these letters and I will share that new found knowledge with you. Also
I digitized the photos too and will be placing them up. They are in great
condition.
